Free Curbside Delivery
All ZLINE appliances include free curbside delivery. The carrier will deliver your appliance to the curb or driveway of your residence.
In-home placement, installation, unpacking, and removal of old appliances are not included.
If Your Appliance Arrives Damaged
Please inspect your appliance carefully before signing for delivery. If there is visible damage, you must refuse the delivery.
Signing the delivery receipt confirms the appliance was received in good condition. ZLINE cannot provide a replacement if damage is reported after delivery is accepted.
Delivery Details
Curbside delivery means the appliance is dropped off at the first accessible outdoor location, such as your driveway, curb, or building entrance.
The carrier is not responsible for moving the appliance inside your home or up any stairs.
Tracking & Scheduling
Tracking information is typically provided within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once the tracking number is issued, allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Return Policy
Return Eligibility
ZLINE returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all original packaging and pallet.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to: trim kits, chimneys, ducting, extensions, filters, handles, griddles, and any other accessory or add-on items.
